Three Full Synthetic Motor Oils Three Choices
We know today's engine run cleaner then they did even a decade ago allowing for extended oil changes with a quality synthetic like Amsoil In my video I expalin the usage of Amsol - Signature Series, XL Series, and OE Series in our customers vehicles.
I am sure you are questioning running a motor oil up to twelve and even twenty thousand miles. Remember, how long and how the vehicle is driven need to be taken into consideration. Usually? the response is "what ever you think is best." Asmoil will perform as advertised, no question in my mind at all.
I can tell you from own experience, the XL Series engine oil keeps my 1996 F150 4.9L six cylinder clean. I short hop this truck typically six times a week twice to four times a day, back and forth to work just a little over one mile. My faithful truck has One hundred thirty thousand miles; I purchased this truck showing thirty-seven thousand miles, so I have driven and maintained this truck most of those miles. I changed over to Amsoil at approximately seventy-six thousand miles. I typically change the oil spring fall, just the same as I set up my customers. I also have cleaned the injectors, top engine clean a few times, and maintained with original Motorcraft spark plugs.
My point, changing the oil on a regular basis is essential, but forgetting about the rest of the maintenance, the oil can't protect an engine that is not running correctly. Your oppurtunity to sugest needed service work with a cause to back it up.
Not that the oil is not important: Our discoveries at our service center are a little scary {
No Oil On The Dip Sitck}
Recently I had a young lady ask to switch to
Amsoil XL 0w20 in her 2017 Subaru Outback. (less than {18k miles} She knows she will be putting some miles down quickly. One of the concerns I brought out to her was the engine warranty extending the oil change. We will be changing her oil out between eight and ten thousand mile intervals. I know there will not be a problem as far as internal engine lubrication, but to be on the safe side, we stayed within manufactures suggested interval. I brought this out as Amsoil will get involved if there is an issue, which I have not heard of happening.
This young lady did recognize the price was almost double of a conventional oil change; reminding her of the mileage extension and Amsoil is a full synthetic motor oil, eased her mind at the value of Amsoil.
Getting started with Amsoil is not difficult.You can do as I have done: I started out as a Preferred Customer and experience Amsoil for yourself at a discount. {My personal opinion - this is the best way} Or you can hang the "people drawing" Amsoil banner and start installing Amsoil as an Installer/Retail Account.
I have become know as the "Amsoil Guy' regardless of our local Auto Supply carrying Amsoil for years. {they are located approximetally one mile away and have more traffic go by. The banner is one trick, a nice display inside, and of course promoting the value of Amsoil
